Consistency

I was just going to write a little tidbit about this subject but this article above pretty much sums it up. Being consistent, working hard, over a long period of time brings the results you want in your fitness. Sorry, no supplement or super diet, or even workout regimen can give you a quick fix. Over the years I’ve seen so many people come in sporadically to the box expecting just because they signed up they should just start shedding big weight, moving big weight, and if they don’t see results fast enough, they quit. Its sad, but no one else can do it for you. Congrats to those of you who stick with it.

5x 5 minute rounds
each round complete the following
20 m overhead plate lunge 45/25
20 box jumps 24/20
20 plate ground to overhead 45/25
with remaining time do as many burpees as possible
score each round will be burpees completed

B) 5x
30 second L-sit
30 second rest
30 second plank
