High Bar vs Low Bar Squat

Ive mentioned the difference between the high bar squat and the low bar squat but I really havent recommended one over the other to anybody. I use a low bar squat most of the time but it’s a issue of preference. You can read the article for yourself and experiment a little and see if the world isn’t big enough for both.

A) 20 Turkish get ups 10 each arm 25% Bodyweight

B) 10 minute AMRAP
5 power snatch 95/65
10 pull up
20 push up

C) 10 minute Amrap
3 wall climb
30 ft overhead plate lunge
60 double under
