Sickness, Wellness, and Fitness

There are links to a video above where the founder of CrossFit Greg Glassman explains in detail the relationship between sickness, wellness, and fitness. He posits they are all part of the same continuum and I think that science is beginning to bear this out. In the past people would say I’m in good shape but I’m not in good health. That is not possible. Fitness is “super” wellness or extreme wellness. When Coach starts talking it might sound like a physics class but stay with it there are some interesting nuggets you can glean if you pay attention
