9 Tips for Better Sleep
Ive always had a problem with my sleep. Not enough and not peacful. Most of it is my own doing but I realize the difference between a good night sleep and a not so good nights sleep. Above are some tips if your one to have a little issue with sleeping.
A) 12 minute EMOM 5 back squats @ 75% 1 rep max
