To RX or to not RX

When you “RX” a WOD it means you did the WOD as perscribed or as it is written on the board. Not being able to RX a workout does not mean your are weak, or that you suck. It just means at that point in time you are not ready for that movement, weight, etc. Like the article above states, I would rather see better, solid movement, with less weight then to have a injury or crappy form. Don’t let your pride get in the way of your fitness.

A) 10 minute EMOM
5 power cleans @ 60% 1 rep max

B) 10 minute AMRAP
30 jumping lunge
200m run

C) 100 plate situps 45/25
