A) 5x max reps back squats @ bodyweight then

No time component. If you are not able to do bodyweight for squats then you have to do 20 reps at whatever weight you use. For pullups, if you can’t do them RX you will do 20 at whatever level you are at. Jumping, bands, etc.

B) 8 minute AMRAP
