Virtuosity is doing the common uncommonly good. I know we might put emphasis on speed, doing a workout faster. But we need to and we will work on our form. CrossFit is something we want to be able to do now and when we are older. Doing things properly will allow our bodies to be able to perform at a high level in our 40s, 50s, 60s and beyond. We cherish intensity, but after consistency. Consistency showing up but also consistency in form and that form being quality.
