Today we are doing the CrossFit Total. If you werent here at the begining og the year this will be the new baseline for strength days.If you were here I’m hoping you will see some improvement from Januarys efforts. The standards and some tips are in the article above. Take some time and browse through it. In CrossFit and in most things in life you are either getting better or worse, stronger or weaker, going forward or going backwards. Theres no “holding steady”. Check out the chart above also and see where you stack up for your gender and size.
