CrossFit Open Strategy
The CrossFit Open starts the end of this month. To get more people involved they have opened a scaled division to this years competition meaning you won’t be competing against all the top athletes in the world but with people closer to your skill and ability level. The article above has some good pointers you if this is your first time trying The Open. Febuary 27th at 700pm we will be doing the first Open WOD here and we would love for everyone to come down to either WOD with us or just cheer those that have signed up on.
