I hear “Why do we squat so much?” Probably 3 or 4 x a day. The squat is the most basic human movement and your ability to squat properly says a lot about your overall athletic ability. We will be focusing even more on our squat over the next few months. If you have been doing this a long time and still aren’t quite there were gonna work on it. Back to the basics.
