Good short article about the Paleo diet. When I started out I was very strict, also to the point of being a snob. Looking down on those who varied the diet, not taking into account that everyone is different and everyone is on their own journey to find what works best for them. That being said, for overall health and for the person looking to lose weight and be able to do what we do here a the gym I think Paleo is the best way. IMO. As our Plaeo Challenge comes to a close I hope some of you have found out a little about what works and what doesnt for you persoanlly.
