There are many ways to keep track of your workouts. We have a app called SugaWOD that you can download. Notebook and pens are another way. Google Docs. So really theres no excuse. The only way to know if you are getting better is to keep track. If you want to take your fitness seriously and you want to improve, recording in some way is the way to do it. If you have questions or need help one of the coaches will be more than glad to help you. I have been recording my workouts since 1998 and I have tried every conceivable system. I’m sure we can help you out if you need help with it.

A) 5 minute AMRAP
