Introduction

To help others come to the recognition that it is our beliefs and dreams that push us through our greatest fears.  Where growth takes place and where courage creates the foundation to excel and thrive.  I wish to modify the story you tell yourself everyday as to why you are not where you want to be or the person you wish to become.

The person with a stronger work ethic will outperform the individual that relies only on their natural ability.  Growth is not quantified by time, but rather the overcoming of experiences we encounter. Especially in our line of work. Working constantly on our weakness we break away from the notion that these things are achieved overnight.  Excelling in things you’re not that proficient at is always more impressive than underperforming and sticking to one’s comfort zone.  We constantly reward ourselves with a oh that was fairly good “Insert Excuse Here “ and allowing ourselves to cheat instead of coaching ourselves to go the extra mile and the extra rep and creating a reality where you achieve anything you set your mind to. The most inspiring action we take is taking ownership of our excuses and using that self awareness to pull that stronger, more committed person out. Listen to the voice in you that always expects the best of you.

Those actions make you special. Doing anything that challenges you and forces you grow individually makes you special. Success is a very lonely road not everyone is willing to endure. The time and work spent working on your craft the sore muscles asking for rest, the mind telling you to stop. All of that is the sacrifice you need to be willing to give in this world to become successful. Nothing replaces hard work and that is something very few grow to understand. “The world ain’t all sunshine and rainbows. It’s a very mean and nasty place… And I don´t care how tough you are, it will beat you to your knees and keep you there permanently, if you let it. You, me or nobody, is gonna hit as hard as life. But ain’t about how hard you hit… It’s about how hard you can get hit, and keep moving forward” – Sylvester Stallone (Rocky Balboa) .

Everyone is born with a weight on top of them them some more than others the goal is to learn to overcome it and use it to motivate you and others to do the same, life is tough and it should, it teaches you not to take things for granted. Only the people who are willing to put in the work and to discipline creates the structure and focus needed to overcome even the most feared roadblocks you may encounter. Effort is between you and you. Only you know your biggest weakness and strength, it’s a dark road, but at the end awaits greatness. Keep Working hard keep grinding, keep pushing, keep demanding keep striving for what you deserve, but just know it must be earned and there are no shortcuts. Success is not an accident, it’s made out of sweat, blood and tears. Don’t quit on your dreams and your goals keep moving and do what you do. You are not born to quit, losers do that and you know deep inside you’re not. Stop selling yourself short and commit to success. Commit to being great, commit to always pushing to the next level. There are no limits become the answer to those who have doubts and set the example. You’re special because you will overcome that which often thought to be impossible by all and achieve my a few.
