We all have them. I have found myself making a lot of them lately. When we started this challenge I was highly motivated to start getting back to my old self and I hit a lot of roadblocks and I let it slow me down. The exact thing I preach against all the time.
“Ill do it later”
Ive used them all. But then I watch a video like the one above and I realize its all bullshit. If you don’t work for it you will never get it.
Body fat- 20.3
I stayed pretty strict this week. Had my usual 1.5 lbs of steak during the week. Saturday I had 4 beers and a corn tortilla. Overall pretty good. I only got 2 WODs in that amounted to around 20 min total.
Instead of beating myself up and feeling sorry for myself I am going to try harder this week.
If you yourself had a bad week, brush yourself off and get back to it. It’s not the end of the world and as long as you are breathing you can still win.
