Sleep Deprivation and Deficiency

For years it was cool to say “I don’t sleep’ but the times are changing. Numerous studies have shown the importance of getting a good nights sleep.

I am horrible at it. As of late I have tried a few things to get better at it. Its still a work in progress but here’s some tips-

  1. No cell phone 30 minutes before bed
  2. No caffeine after 1 pm
  3. Try and get to bed at the same time and get at least 6 hours.

For some people this is going to be very challenging. I still struggle constantly with each of these issues. Try them out or if you have any others not listed here, please share them in the comments.
